These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text (SMS) messages sent by CONTINEX Inc. to customers and prospective customers who have provided consent or who have initiated a conversation with us.
1. Program Description
Users who consent may receive conversational and informational SMS messages from CONTINEX Inc. regarding:
- Customer inquiries submitted through our website or by phone.
- Requested quotes and estimates.
- Truck and equipment rental inquiries.
- Dispatch and load-related communication.
- Scheduling and appointments.
- Truck repair, shop, and service updates.
- Service status updates.
- Account and customer-service communication.
- Follow-ups related to any of the above.
This messaging is conversational and informational only. CONTINEX Inc. does not use SMS for promotional or marketing messages.
2. Consent
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from CONTINEX Inc. by submitting an online contact, quote, or service request form and voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires affirmative customer action. SMS consent is optional. Consent is not required to submit a website form, request a quote, or use any of our services.
3. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages from CONTINEX Inc.

Message frequency may vary. Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding customer inquiries, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, truck or equipment rental, repair/service updates, account status, or other requested services.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Rates may vary for domestic or international messaging. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
